• Usage data - product interactions, call metadata (time, duration, outcome tags), and technical logs needed to run the service.
• Call & message content - voice audio, transcripts, WhatsApp/email/SMS content processed to qualify leads and book appointments on your behalf.
• CRM & integration data - lead and contact fields synced from systems you connect (for example Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Wise Agent, BoldTrail, or Lofty).
• Website analytics - approximate location, device, and pages viewed, used to improve the site and localize demos.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the mergro product
• Respond to demos, sales, and support requests
• Sync notes, outcomes, and bookings to your connected CRM
• Monitor quality, prevent abuse, and secure the platform
