- You must be authorized to bind the organization you represent
3. Customer content and leads
You retain ownership of your leads, scripts, CRM data, and other content you provide ("Customer Content"). You grant mergro a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the service. - Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
5. SMS / text messaging program
mergro enables customers to send SMS to leads and contacts in connection with real-estate inquiries, missed-call follow-ups, appointment reminders, and related service messages. By using SMS features, you agree that:
- You will only text people who have consented to receive SMS about their inquiry (or another lawful basis where applicable), and you will keep records of that consent

For end-user recipients: text STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Third-party services
The service may integrate with CRMs, calendars, telephony, and messaging providers. Those services are governed by their own terms. mergro is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and plan you select (or a separate order form). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may suspend access for unpaid amounts after notice.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes of the business relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Intellectual property
mergro and its licensors own the platform, software, branding, and related IP. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used by mergro without obligation.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect transcription, or specific conversion outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, mergro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
