Lead source
What does a booked viewing cost?
Cost per lead first, then cost per appointment, from the invoice you already have. Not an industry CPL average.
The invoice for that source, divided by the leads it sent.
On the calendar. Not a text that went unread.
This divides what you paid by the viewings you booked. The $75 and 40 leads and 2 viewings are a blank example, not a Zillow benchmark. Count viewings that made the calendar. A 50-lead calling package is $199 a month. That is the calling layer, not the price of the lead.

Is this a cost per lead calculator?
It starts there. You type what you paid and how many leads arrived. The output that matters is cost per booked viewing, not a generic CPL benchmark.
Is a viewing the same as an appointment?
On this sheet, yes: a time that made the calendar. A note without a slot is not a booking.
Do you use an industry average cost per lead?
No. Portal invoices differ. Zillow and Realtor.com cost live on those posts. This sheet uses your number.
