The tools, one by one
mergro
What it is. Voice AI for the first conversation on a lead that already exists: a Zillow connection follow-up, a Realtor.com inquiry, a website form, a portal enquiry. mergro calls within a minute, qualifies, offers two viewing times, books onto the calendar, then follows up on WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Notes, tags, and the next step go back to the CRM.
Price. $199/month for 50-lead packages. Month-to-month. No setup fee. Not per seat.
Best for. Teams that already pay for leads (Zillow, Realtor.com, Rightmove, Property Finder, their own site) and lose them because nobody calls fast enough, especially nights and weekends. Works in the US, UK, Canada, UAE, India, and Australia, in 15+ languages.
Not for. Teams that need more leads. mergro does not buy traffic. It does not replace a live Zillow transfer to your agent.

Structurely
What it is. No longer the text-only ISA from 2019. Structurely’s pricing page now sells an AI call-center platform: inbound and outbound voice, SMS, email, cadences, live transfers, an agent builder, APIs, and MCP. Pricing is a platform fee plus tokens.
Best for. Teams with an ops person who wants to build and run their own AI call center, especially on Salesforce.
Watch out for. The platform fee is not printed. $0.07 per minute is a floor, not a bill. Older reviews quoting $499 plus a $2,000 setup are history. See mergro vs Structurely.
SwiftLeads
What it is. The closest product to mergro: a voice-and-SMS first response on new Zillow and site contacts, with qualifying questions and a handoff. The homepage says plans are quoted after a fit call.
Best for. Teams that want a minute-based plan and a brokerage-style onboarding.

SAMI AI
What it is. Calls new leads on a local number, qualifies, then live-transfers or books, followed by a 90-day call-and-text cadence. Strong focus on US agents and homebuilders.
Best for. Teams that want live transfer as the product and have an agent free to take it. US homebuilders.
Watch out for. Two prices. The homepage card says $249 for 50 leads. The policies page lists a platform fee, $2.99 per lead, and an activation fee of $495 or $995. Their terms say the site is primarily for US users. See mergro vs SAMI AI.
Ylopo
What it is. A lead-generation company first: Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads, an IDX website, remarketing, AI Text, and AI Voice (launched August 2025) that qualifies and live-transfers.
Best for. Teams that need more leads, not faster follow-up on the ones they have.
Watch out for. No public price. The real cost is the platform plus your ad spend. It does not fix a slow first call on Zillow leads you already bought. See mergro vs Ylopo.
Verse
What it is. A text-first conversational AI with a “fully-managed human concierge service to supplement AI”. Verse says it responds to every lead in 15 seconds or less, and offers voice AI agents and live call transfers (CallConnect). It sells to homebuilders, brokers, mortgage, and home-services teams.
Best for. Teams that want text as the main channel, with humans in the loop, across Salesforce or HubSpot.
Watch out for. No published price. Their own pitch leans on text (“98% of texts are read”), so ask how often a lead actually gets a phone call.
Lofty AI Sales Agent
What it is. The AI built into Lofty (formerly Chime). Lofty’s AI page says it engages “within 5 seconds across text, email, and web chat,” and now adds AI outbound calling: “It doesn’t just text. It calls.”
Best for. Teams already running Lofty as their CRM and website.

CINC AI (Alex)
What it is. CINC’s AI assistant, “Alex”, which texts new website registrants 24/7, qualifies them, and books appointments. In CINC’s own September 2026 update, AI calling is described as “in progress”.
Best for. Teams already on CINC who want texting automation on CINC leads.
Watch out for. No AI phone calls yet, per CINC. It lives inside the CINC platform.
Real Geeks Geek AI
What it is. Geek AI Text and Insights, built into the Real Geeks website and CRM. Geek AI Text is included, up to 2,500 leads a month, with Real Geeks lead packages. Geek AI Voice is listed as “Coming Late 2026”.
Best for. Teams buying Real Geeks leads who want texting and lead summaries at no extra cost.
Watch out for. No AI calling until Geek AI Voice ships. Real Geeks platform only.
How to choose in one meeting
- Do you need more leads, or faster follow-up? More leads: Ylopo (or a portal). Faster follow-up: the rest.
- Will you switch CRM? If you are staying on Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or another desk CRM, rule out the AI built into Lofty, CINC, and Real Geeks. If you already run one of those, start with its own AI.
- Must it phone the lead today? If yes, drop CINC and Real Geeks for now, and ask Verse how often it calls.
- What is the unit on the invoice? Leads (mergro, SAMI), minutes (SwiftLeads), tokens (Structurely), or a platform bundle (Lofty, CINC, Real Geeks, Ylopo). Match it to how your leads arrive.
- Live transfer or booked appointment? Live transfer needs an agent free to take it (SAMI, Ylopo, Verse). A booked viewing does not (mergro).
