Mergro vs Structurely used to be “text ISA vs voice ISA.” That is stale.
Structurely’s public pricing page now sells an AI call-center platform: inbound and outbound voice, SMS, email, cadences, live transfers, then a platform fee plus tokens. Voice is listed “as low as $0.07/minute.” They do not print the platform fee. A featured motion on that page is turning Salesforce into an outbound call center.
Mergro is not a telco platform you embed. It is the first ring on a real-estate inquiry: call, qualify, two times, write back to the CRM the desk already lives in.
If you need APIs, MCP, white-label, and a token meter, you are shopping Structurely. If you need Sunday’s Zillow name spoken to in a minute, you are shopping a desk product.
Their pricing headline is “everything you need to run your AI call center. Then pay for what you use.” Small Team, Large Team, Enterprise. Agent builder, inbound and outbound voice, SMS and email, campaign management, live transfers, appointment scheduling. Enterprise adds SSO, isolated infrastructure, MCP, white-label.
That is a platform sale. Usage is tokens across voice, SMS, and email. They say you pay for activity, not idle seats.
Older roundups still quote Structurely at $499/month plus a $2,000 setup and per-credit SMS. Treat those as history unless Structurely puts them on the live pricing page. The page that ranks today does not.
A new portal or site contact hits Follow Up Boss or HubSpot. Mergro rings, qualifies, offers two viewing times, and writes the note. $199/month for 50-lead packages.
Speed to lead is the product. A token meter is not.

If you are still running Structurely as the old long-nurture text ISA, ask them which SKU that is now. Do not assume the 2019 Aisa product is what the pricing page is selling.
Same test as every other page on this site. If the note, tag, and next step are not on the contact, the desk does not have a lead. Structurely’s Salesforce feature page says dispositions write back. Confirm that on a sandbox, for the CRM you actually use. Follow Up Boss write-back is our version of that test.
Unknown from public pages. They do not print the platform fee. $0.07/minute is a floor on voice tokens, not your bill. Ask them to price your last 30 days of new contacts and talk time. Compare that to $199 for 50 leads.
It can work conversations. Whether it replaces the ISA job on a real-estate desk depends on the SKU they quote you, not the homepage. A platform that also does mortgages and white-label is a different buying committee than a first-ring ISA.
People type both names next to “AI ISA.” The products underneath have diverged. Read the live pricing page before you paste an old $499 table into a board deck.
