With mergro
- The first ring on a Rightmove or Zoopla enquiry you already paid for
- Keep Reapit, Alto, or Follow Up Boss. We do not replace the branch CRM
- The invoice is 50-lead packages, not a lettings OS plus modules
Autoprop runs a UK lettings operation. mergro rings the enquiry. Same-looking price on a spreadsheet. Different job.

Mergro vs Autoprop is the UK comparison that looks obvious on a spreadsheet and is wrong in the branch.
Autoprop sells an autonomous lettings operation: enquiry to viewing, offer to move-in, maintenance, compliance, rent, landlord statements. It can be the CRM. The agency plan is £500/month, no per-user fee, nothing to pay during the pilot. Their own July 2026 roundup is the best public map of the UK category.
mergro sells the first ring on an enquiry you already paid for. Qualify. Two times. Write back. $199/month for 50-lead packages. We do not chase a gas certificate.
If you want one vendor to run the book, they are better. If you want Sunday’s Rightmove applicant spoken to before the next branch, and you are keeping Reapit or Alto, that is us.
Their homepage is not “AI ISA.” It is six blocks: enquiry to viewing; offer to move-in; ongoing management; rent and reporting; growth; phones and inbox. Viewing automation and maintenance are live on the agency plan. Finance and tenancy workflows are beta. Reporting, valuation, and other modules are priced separately.
They analysed 1,542 UK lettings enquiries. 72.8% arrived outside typical branch hours. Median response on supported connected channels in that sample: 101.5 seconds. Their number. Not a guarantee. Still a reason not to close the phones at 5:30.
CRM: Autoprop can be the system of record. If you keep yours, they say they connect and write back at no charge, live on Apex27 today. They do not claim a live Reapit, Alto, or Jupix sync on that page. The July article said the same, more bluntly.
Voice: the live homepage and features page sell inbound and outbound calls, including out of hours. Autoprop’s own row in the July 2026 article now says the same. The Felicity row on that article still says Autoprop does not answer the phone. Confirm which sentence is the product you will be shown.
Speed to lead on a UK enquiry: viewing or valuation, not an “ISA lead.” Voice first. Then WhatsApp, SMS, email. Budget or target, timeline, intent, two times. The note lands on the contact. After-hours is the same clock as the US posts, with UK words.
We are not a lettings CRM. We do not do referencing, arrears, certificates, or landlord statements. If that is the slide, you are in the wrong meeting.

This is the “why we are better” list. It only applies if the failure is the first conversation.
1. You keep the CRM the branch already lives in. Autoprop’s honest live integration is Apex27. A Reapit or Alto shop that will not migrate is not choosing between two write-backs. They are choosing “become Autoprop” vs “add a layer.” We are the layer.
2. The invoice matches the portal pile. Rightmove and Zoopla bill you in enquiries. We bill 50-lead packages. Autoprop bills the agency, then modules. If you only need nights and weekends rung, you should not pay for rent-collection beta.
3. Voice is the product, not a later homepage bullet. Autoprop’s own July table conceded the phone to Felicity. Their site has moved. Ours has not been a text-first lettings OS that added calling. The first action is a ring.
4. Sales and lettings enquiries, not only the tenancy book. Valuation and applicant are both first conversations. Autoprop’s gravity is lettings admin. If the branch is losing sales applicants at 8:40pm, you need a first ring, not a certificate tracker.
None of that is a close-rate. Compute contacted and held on your own file.
If those are true, stop comparing us. Buy them, or buy Felicity if you need the phone and the tenancy and you are on Alto.
£500 and $199 will get pasted into the same cell. Do not.
Autoprop £500 is “the agency plan” plus modules. The live homepage and features page both print that number and a free pilot. Confirm live vs beta vs add-on before you model it.
mergro $199 is 50 leads. A branch that sees 80 enquiries a month needs more than one package. A team that sees 40 is inside it. Ask us what extra packages cost. Do not invent it here.
Their pilot is free. If you need to run software on production data before a card is charged, they win that row today.
For the first ring, yes. For the lettings OS, no. Read the UK category page before you put both logos on an RFP.
Apex27 is Autoprop’s named live write-back. We name Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Zoho, Wise Agent, BoldTrail, and Lofty. Anything else is a confirmed connection or a webhook. Make the demo create one Rightmove-shaped enquiry and show the record.
Felicity is the closest to Autoprop in scope (front desk plus tenancy admin) and they answer the phone. Autoprop is the lettings OS with a public £500 and a pilot. mergro is neither. Pick two that share a job, not three that share the word “AI.”
If the leak is the enquiry, not the tenancy file, get started.
Share last month's new contacts. We will tell you which 50-lead package fits, then book a time.
