With mergro
- Public starter is $199/mo for 50 leads. No activation line on that card
- The call books the viewing. Live transfer is optional, not the product
- WhatsApp after the ring, not only calls and SMS
Both products call the new internet lead. SAMI's homepage starts at $249/mo for 50 leads. mergro starts at $199/mo for the same unit. Their policies page is a different invoice.

Mergro vs SAMI AI is a real comparison. Both sit on a new internet lead and try to start a live conversation before the next desk does. That is speed to lead, not a chatbot that texts “are you still looking?”
The products are not the same invoice, and SAMI is not one number. Their homepage card still says $249/month for 50-lead packages. The nav has a Pricing link; that URL 404s. Their policies page lists a platform fee from $195 (agents) or $395 (builders), $2.99 per lead, and a one-time activation of $495 (100–999 leads) or $995 (1,000+). Mergro’s public starter is $199/month for 50-lead packages. No setup fee on that card.
This page is the job, the two SAMI prices, and when you should not switch.
A portal or site form hits the CRM. Someone has to ring, qualify, offer two times, and write the outcome back. If that does not happen in minutes, the next agent is still in the routing.
SAMI describes that workflow on getsami.ai: call in seconds on a local number, qualify, then live-transfer or put an appointment on the calendar, then a 90-day call-and-text cadence if day one misses. Mergro is built for the same first ring, then WhatsApp, SMS, and email, with the viewing booked on that call and the note on Follow Up Boss.
If your problem is “we do not have enough new names,” neither product invents Zillow share. Buy the portal. Then buy the clock.

Read both of their pages. The contract you sign is the quote, not the homepage card. A 50-lead month at $2.99/lead plus $195 plus $495 activation is not $249.
Oldroyd 2007 is 5 vs 30 minutes, contact and qualify. SAMI’s homepage still prints 21× and 5-minute contact as “real results.” That is the study, not their close-rate. Do not paste it into a board deck as theirs.
A call that is not on the person record did not happen. SAMI says they connect to “your CRM” with no technical setup, and that they log and tag. They do not print Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or BoldTrail on that homepage block. Ask them to show a note, a tag, and a next step on a sandbox contact.
Mergro writes notes, tags, and next steps to Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Wise Agent, BoldTrail, and Lofty. Custom desks use a webhook.
If their demo cannot show the write-back, you bought a sidecar. Same test for us.
1. The public card is cheaper on the same unit. Both sell 50-lead packages. $199 vs $249. If their quote is the policies math, the gap is larger.
2. No activation line to start the clock. Their policies page lists $495 or $995. The first month is not the homepage number if that line survives.
3. The outcome is a booked viewing. Their featured motion is a live transfer. That is useful if an agent is sitting there. It is not a viewing on the calendar if the transfer misses.
4. WhatsApp after the ring. Their public channels are calls, texts, and email. Portal buyers often reply on WhatsApp. Chat is the receipt, not the ISA.
5. The homepage and the legal page disagree. You cannot model them from the marketing card alone. You can model $199 / 50 leads from ours, then confirm extra packages on the call.
None of that is a close-rate. Compute contacted and held on your file.
Not from the homepage cards. $249 vs $199 for 50 leads. Add their published activation and per-lead fee and the first month is not $249. Ask both vendors to price your last 30 days of new contacts.
That is the claim on their “60-second strike” block. Measure it on a Sunday test lead in your CRM, the same way you would measure us. Marketing copy is not a timestamp.
Their terms say the site is primarily intended for users in the United States. Their training copy is US real-estate calls. If the desk is UK, Canada, or Dubai, ask them which of those sentences is the product you will be shown.
Yes. A call that does not write back did not happen. The FUB page is that test.
